What Every Turnover Includes

General Areas & Common Spaces

  • Vacuum all floors including edges and corners

  • Mop all hard floors

  • Dust all surfaces, shelves, fixtures, and ceiling fan blades

  • Clean inside ceiling fan light covers where dust and debris collect

  • Wipe down baseboards

  • Wipe down light switches, door handles, and high-touch surfaces

  • Clean mirrors and all glass surfaces

  • Empty all trash and replace liners

  • Inventory monitoring of supplies

  • Stage living areas for guest arrival

  • Aromatherapy preparation of the home

  • Ring charging station setup (when requested)

  • Battery replacement in remotes & devices (when requested)

Kitchen

  • Clean and sanitize all countertops

  • Wipe down appliance exteriors and handles

  • Clean microwave interior and exterior

  • Clean refrigerator interior and exterior, including shelves

  • Clean oven interior and stovetop

  • Wash and put away all dishes

  • Spot clean cabinet fronts and knobs

  • Check and clean interior cabinet surfaces as needed

  • Clean and sanitize sink and faucet

  • Wipe down backsplash

  • Restock kitchen essentials as needed

Bathrooms

  • Scrub and sanitize toilet bowl, seat, lid, base, and behind toilet

  • Apply sanitation strip to toilet seat to signal freshly prepared

  • Clean sink, faucet, and vanity surfaces

  • Scrub shower walls, floor, and tub

  • Clean shower door or curtain

  • Clean and polish mirrors

  • Wipe down all fixtures and hardware

  • Replace towels and toiletries

  • Restock toilet paper and soap

  • Property maintenance checks and services performed as needed

Bedrooms

  • Strip and remake all beds with fresh linens to hotel standard

  • Vacuum under beds and furniture
