Dr. Karen Molano
Molano Elevated Spaces was founded by Dr. Karen Molano, a psychologist whose work has focused on supporting the well-being of children and families through an integrative approach that considers the brain, body, heart, and overall environment in which people live.
Through both her professional work and years of managing short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental properties, Dr. Molano observed a consistent gap in the hospitality experience: many homes were cleaned, yet few were truly prepared for how guests experience a space when they arrive.
Today, Molano Elevated Spaces operates as a family-run business, built on a shared commitment to caring for the spaces where people live, stay, and gather.
